We wanted to write and say thank you for the amazing support you gave Heather during her exams. As someone who uses a wheelchair at times and gets very anxious she was really worried about how things would go. All at the RCS Haven centres were friendly, kind and professional. Heather was comfortable going into each of the exams and never felt as if she was an inconvenience. She has now said she wouldn't go anywhere else!
I want to say thank you for your brilliant work with me as a student with a scribe during my exams. I know using scribes was a new addition to RCS Haven- your constant contact with mum throughout the 'booking to - exam' process was great as I knew it was under control. Everyine at RCS Haven was profesional and friendly, the location was great, and I felt comfortable which let me work with my scribes really well. (Alice and Natalya) were excellent and really helped me relax and get the most out of myself in the exams.
I just want to say a huge Thank you to RCS Haven for their professional manner. My daughter sat her English IGCSE and was very comfortable at the exam centre. I would recommend RCS Haven to parents looking for an exam centre. My daughter passed her exam.
